How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, you need to click on Forgot your password? on the login page. Enter either your email address or your username and then select Send.
👀If you have multiple profiles in Timezynk, we recommend that you use your username instead of your email address to reset the password for the specific profile.
Open your email inbox and look for the message from Timezynk Support. Click on Create new password in the email. Then enter your new password and press Save new password.
💡Your password becomes more secure and easier to remember if you use a whole sentence with multiple words and spaces.
Could not save the password?
- Your new password is too weak (you receive a warning stating The password is too weak and the underline of the field where you enter the password is red). Please try again and come up with a stronger password.
- You are using an old recovery email (72 hours have passed since you first received the email). Please request a new email.
- You have already reset your password once using the link in the recovery email (it can only be used once). Please request a new email.
