How do I manage incoming orders?
Incoming Orders
New orders are displayed on the Incoming page in the left menu. Here you will find information about each order. Click the > button to proceed to the selected order.
Complete Order
If the order form contains fields that need to be completed for the order, they will be shown here. If a field has an * asterisk, it means that the field is mandatory and must be filled in.
Complete Shift
If the order form contains fields that need to be completed for a shift, they will be shown here. If a field has an * asterisk, it is mandatory.
Approve Order
To approve, any mandatory completions must be fulfilled, if such are required according to the order form. Click the Approve or Decline button to manage the order.
Send Confirmation
When you want to proceed, send a confirmation to the requester that you have approved the order. The shifts are now displayed in the schedule and can be staffed.
Order Fully Booked
When the order is fully booked, you can send a new booking confirmation directly from the order. However, this is not required, as the requester automatically sees the booked user in their schedule.
Further Processing
There are also optional steps that you can carry out, such as Approval, External Approval, and Create Invoice Basis. Once the order is complete, you can click Complete Order. This ensures that nothing remains to be handled.
You can also create invoices based on the orders afterward.
