How do I add a new user?

  1. Open the Users page in the main menu on the left.
  2. Then click the green button + Add at the top right.
  3. Fill out the form and click Invite.

👀The username usually corresponds to the user's email address and is filled in automatically.

Roles in Timezynk

  • Owner: Has permission to perform everything in the system.
  • Manager: Similar to the owner role, but managers do not have access to several pages under ⚙️. These pages are Subscriptions, Company Information, Invoices from Timezynk, Registration Settings, Integrations, and Manage Roles.
  • Supervisor: Can create schedules and approve time reports. Supervisors do not have access to Payroll Data or Invoice Data, and lack access to ⚙️-related areas. They also have limited access to registers.
  • User: By default, can see their own schedule, report time, swap shifts with colleagues, express interest in available shifts, and report availability. The user role can be customized to better reflect your company or organization via Manage Roles found by clicking on ⚙️.
  • Blocked: The role is hidden in the system and cannot be scheduled. An invitation is only sent when you change the role from Blocked to another role.
