How do I add a new user?
To be able to add a new user, you need to have either a manager or owner role.
Follow these steps to be able to add a new user to your account:
- Open the User page in the main menu on the left
- Click the + Add button at the top right
- Fill in the form
- Name
- Email address (It is fine to use the same email address on several profiles.)
- Username (The username is usually the same as the user´s email address and is filled in automatically, but you can change it if needed.
- Role
- Language (This determines which language will be used on the user´s profile)
- Click Invite and you´re done!
