How do I add a new user?

To be able to add a new user, you need to have either a manager or owner role.

Follow these steps to be able to add a new user to your account:

  1. Open the User page in the main menu on the left
  2. Click the + Add button at the top right
  3. Fill in the form
    1. Name 
    2. Email address (It is fine to use the same email address on several profiles.)
    3. Username (The username is usually the same as the user´s email address and is filled in automatically, but you can change it if needed.
    4. Role
    5. Language (This determines which language will be used on the user´s profile)
  4. Click Invite and you´re done!
