Create availability templates
💡A user can create an availability report to inform their employer about when they are available and unavailable for work.
To control when users should report their availability, you can create availability templates.
👀However, keep in mind that a user who has marked themselves as unavailable can still be scheduled for shifts.
Here's how to create an availability template:
- Click on ⚙️ and select Availability templates under Scheduling.
- Click on + Add.
- Enter a title and set the start and end time.
- Choose whether the template should apply to available or unavailable.
- Click on Save to complete.
