Integrate Timezynk to Fortnox

Activate Timezynk in Fortnox

1. Log in to Fortnox.
2. Click on Marketplace in the upper right and select Apps.

3. Search for Timezynk and click on Activate in the upper right corner.

   You will now be redirected to Timezynk, where you will land on the Integrations settings.

Complete the connection in Timezynk

• If you have already asked our support to activate the integration, everything is set. Otherwise, contact us and we will help you activate it.
• Click on Activate to complete the connection.

Afterward, you will be sent back to Fortnox where you need to approve permissions. Once this is done, you will be redirected back to Timezynk, where you can now see that your account is linked to Fortnox. Here you can also choose which register should be handled as the customer register, so that new customers are automatically sent to Fortnox.

Transfer invoice data

Once the connection is complete, you can easily transfer invoice data:

1. Open the invoice data in Timezynk.
2. Scroll down and click on Send to Fortnox.

Your invoices can then be found in Fortnox under Menu > Invoicing > Customer Invoices.

Export salary data

For payroll management, export the salary data from Timezynk and import it into Fortnox:

• Export the salary data as a PAXml 2-file.
• Import the file into the calendar in Fortnox.
