How do I send messages as SMS?

The SMS function is not included in any of our subscriptions. A fee will be invoiced/charged monthly for each sent SMS.

Activate the SMS module

Contact our support to have the SMS module activated for your account. Once the module is active, you can start using the SMS function in the system.

Verify phone number

To send SMS to a user, the user must have verified their phone number.

Follow the steps below to verify your phone number:

  1. Navigate to My profile.
  2. Enter your phone number in the field called Mobile phone and press Save.
  3. Make sure that the country code is correct.
  4. Click on Verify number. A verification message will be sent to your number with a code that you enter in the system to confirm your phone number.

All users who are to receive SMS must have verified their phone numbers.

Send an SMS

Once the SMS module is activated and users have verified phone numbers, you can send messages as SMS.

Follow the steps below to send an SMS:

  1. Create a message as usual in the system.
  2. Click on Send SMS and you are done!

The sender of the message will be your company.
