How do I send messages as SMS?
📢 SMS functions are not included in any of our subscriptions. You will be billed for each sent SMS message.
Activate the SMS module
📢Contact our support to have the SMS module activated for your account. Once the module is active, you can start using the SMS feature in the system.
Verify phone number
To be able to send SMS to a user, the user must have verified their phone number.
Follow the steps below to verify your phone number:
- Navigate to My profile.
- Enter your phone number in the Mobile number field and press Save.
- Ensure that the country code is correct.
- Click on Verify number. A verification message will be sent to your number with a code that you enter in the system to confirm your phone number.
📢All users who are to receive SMS must have verified phone numbers.
Send an SMS
When the SMS module is activated and users have verified phone numbers, you can send messages as SMS.
Follow the steps below to send an SMS:
- Create a message as usual in the system.
- Click on Send SMS and you're done!
