How to Create a Rolling Schedule

Creating a Rolling Schedule

A rolling schedule allows you to automatically repeat recurring shifts over a selected period.

How to Create a Rolling Schedule

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Schedule view from the menu on the left.
  2. Select the week when the schedule should start.

Decide how you want to create the shifts:

    • If staff is not assigned yet, use the Unbooked row.
    • If staff is already decided, create shifts directly on employee rows.
  3. Click in the DD/M field where the schedule should begin.
  4. A panel will open on the right.

Enter the shift details (time and other required fields).

  5. Click Repeat in the bottom-right corner.

    Set the repetition details:

    • Which days the shift repeats
    • How often it repeats
    • The end date

(The start date is automatically set based on your selected date.)

  6. Edit the title if you want to distinguish the schedule in the schedule view.
  7. Click Roll out to create the rolling schedule.
