Creating a Rolling Schedule
A rolling schedule allows you to automatically repeat recurring shifts over a selected period.
How to Create a Rolling Schedule
Follow these steps:
- Open the Schedule view from the menu on the left.

Select the week when the schedule should start.
Decide how you want to create the shifts:
- If staff is not assigned yet, use the Unbooked row.
- If staff is already decided, create shifts directly on employee rows.
- Click in the DD/M field where the schedule should begin.

A panel will open on the right.
Enter the shift details (time and other required fields).

Click Repeat in the bottom-right corner.
Set the repetition details:
- Which days the shift repeats
- How often it repeats

The end date
(The start date is automatically set based on your selected date.)
- Edit the title if you want to distinguish the schedule in the schedule view.
- Click Roll out to create the rolling schedule.
Booking Staff on a Rolling Schedule
Once your rolling schedule is created, you can assign employees to the shifts.
How to Book Staff
You have two options:
Option 1: Drag and Drop
- Drag the shift and drop it onto the employee you want to assign.
Option 2: Use the Booking Panel
- Click on the shift.
- Open the Book tab.

Select one or more employees by checking the boxes.
Choose whether they should be booked:
- For a single shift, or
- For all repeated shifts
