Fields in the order form

Here is an overview of the fields that can be filled in the order form.

Basic fields

  • Form name: Enter a clear name for the form.
  • Description: Briefly describe what the form contains and what it is used for.
  • Image: Upload an image that represents the service, or use the company's logo.

You can preview the form to see how it appears to the client when a form is selected.

Fields from work shifts

In order for the system to handle incoming orders correctly, you can control how they are linked to your registers. Since different companies may have different registers, you can also choose to exclude registers from the order itself.

  • Not included in the form: The field can be used in the schedule, but it is not visible in the order and is not available to the client.
  • Filled in by the orderer: The client fills in the field when placing an order. Note that the client sees all headings in the register, which is particularly suitable for lists of tasks or services.
  • Filled in by the supplier: The supplier fills in the field when receiving an order.
  • Pre-filled: The field is automatically filled in the form.
  • Pre-filled from the client: The field is pre-filled with the client's information. This is specified when inviting an client and can be linked to a specific customer.

Other fields

To ensure that all necessary information is available when placing an order, you can add additional fields or create links to registers.

  • General fields: Ensures that no important information is missed. For example, phone numbers become clickable in the mobile app, addresses are linked for navigation, and email addresses can be emailed directly.
  • Register options: Allows the use of registers in Timezynk that are normally not included in internal bookings.
