How do I update customer and billing information for my company?

To be able to change your customer and billing information in Timezynk, you must have a owner role.

If your billing details, such as address or email, have changed, you can adjust them directly in your account.


Follow these steps to change your business details:

  1. Open General settings (gear at the top right)
  2. Click on Company profile
  3. Change the desired details under the headings Customer details and Invoice details
  4. Click on Save
